FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY – BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE We offer a flexible cancellation policy designed especially for cruise passengers: • 100% refund if your cruise ship changes itinerary or skips the port of call • 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time • 75% refund for cancellations made between 24 hours and 4 hours before departure • No refund for cancellations made less than 4 hours before departure or in case of no-show SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES We understand that unexpected situations may occur. Special or exceptional cases are reviewed individually, and decisions are made with fairness and customer satisfaction in mind.
